The scope of works includes visual inspections of the pressure parts, including an extensive program of wall thickness measurement at the furnace membrane walls, replica examination and tube sample removal for laboratory investigation, remnant life calculations of boiler heating surfaces

Optimization of ESP Units 1&2 at Vasilikos Power Station. The scope includes washing of ESP internals, engineering, supply and installation of new slide gate valves, replacement of existing rotary valves with double flap valves (supply and installation) and integration to the PLC, commissioning of new systems, optimization of discharge system parameters and of rapping sequence, measurements of particulate concentrations

Delivery and replacement of 1868 tubes of the tubular airheater, delivery and replacement of complete Economizer 1-1gas ducts, shut-down maintenance works. Execution of the mechanical works with 18 workers from our partner company Novmar.
